MEET RACHAEL NAKAMURA, Yaletown Studio Manager

As a longtime movement enthusiast, Rachael’s childhood was filled with dance, gymnastics, and contortion. Today she balances out her time at Barre Fitness with yoga, circus, and aerial arts. So she’s either pulsing or upside down! Rachael first fell in love with Barre during her time at university, where she completed degrees in both Communications at Simon Fraser University and Art History at the University of British Columbia, when she was searching for something that would complement her busy academic schedule and rehabilitate old injuries. Barre did just that and more. She is excited to be leading the Yaletown team, sharing her love of Barre Fitness with the community, and be surround by people who not only tolerate but celebrate dance-related puns.
