The latest Barre Body Fitness Challenge is on and I'm excited to bring you guys some great recipes to make while you stay fit. Fitting in the number of classes is one thing, but fuelling your body is a challenge in itself...so I decided that start with an healthy granola bar that you can make (and even freeze!) and take with you for before or after your workouts!

It's hard to get much healthier than a recipe full of raw ingredients like this, but feel free to switch it up! Don't like cranberries? Swap for dried cherries. Try different kinds of nuts. Keep it healthy, but make sure you enjoy what you're eating!
