I was making myself a green smoothie the other day, and ended up having a craving for an "Orange Julius". I can't tell you the last time I actually had one, but I do know that it is mostly sugar and could not be good for you, so here's my improvised version
Make Your Meal Even Healthier Tip:
Throw all the usual good stuff in here...chia seeds, hemp seeds, etc. It's a thick smoothie, so anything that is not drastic in flavour won't change the taste!
