I was informed this summer that there was some sort of study that said the gin and tonic's help with seasonal allergies. I didn't test that theory out, but I did make this excellent summer cocktail that had similar ingredients, but with a ton of fresh BC Strawberries!
Make Your Meal Even Healthier Tip:
Skip the alcohol if you're looking for something with less calories and just a refreshing drink! I also made the soda in my at home sparkling water machine, which saved time, and money, and I drank the leftover bubbly water later!
