Today's recipe is a delicious and incredibly easy couscous salad, with red seedless grapes (which are in season right now), and celery. The dressing is light, and homemade, which is so much better than store-bought, and helps you eat clean! This salad packs up well and is perfect a on-the-go for after your workout!
Make it Even Healthier Tip:
Couscous is incredibly easy to cook, has no fat or sugar, is full of fibre, and comes in whole wheat versions as well for even more healthy benefits. If you're gluten-free, try making cauliflower couscous instead.
Most of these recipes will be tailored for individual servings, but can easily be doubled or tripled if you're cooking for more!
