No less than 20 classes in 30 days +  the Nourished Whole Food Nutrition plan.

  • it is not about taking the most classes or taking classes everyday
  • 4 – 5 classes per week is optimal if you want to see results
  • the Whole Food Nutrition plan will challenge you to eliminate processed foods from your diet for 30 days

THE CHART… and A JOURNAL:

Back by popular demand, the Challenge Chart will be up in the studio so that you can track your progress along with other challenge participants!

You will also receive a food journal, healthy recipes, a nutrition guideline and access to certified nutritionist Alyssa of Nourished Health Consulting Firm, absolutely FREE! Writing down what you eat will help you take a critical look at your food habits and make healthy changes.
